Clove Foot Soak Recipe
Ingredients
2β3 tbsp whole cloves (or 1 tbsp ground cloves)
1β2 cinnamon sticks (optional, for extra warmth)
6β8 cups hot water (comfortable temperature for soaking)
1 tbsp Epsom salt (optional, helps soothe muscles)
A few drops of essential oil (lavender, peppermint, or tea tree for added benefits)
Instructions
Boil 2 cups of water, then add the cloves (and cinnamon if using). Let simmer for 5β7 minutes to release the aroma and beneficial oils.
Strain the clove-infused water into a large basin or tub.
Add the rest of the hot water to reach 6β8 cups total. Adjust the temperature to be warm but safe for soaking.
Stir in Epsom salt and a few drops of essential oil if desired.
Soak your feet for 15β20 minutes, breathing deeply to enjoy the soothing aroma.
Pat feet dry and moisturize afterward to keep the skin soft.
