🌿 Healing Morning & After-Dinner Tea Recipe

✅ Ingredients (for 2 cups):

1–2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed

1/4 small onion (preferably red or white), thinly sliced

1 inch piece fresh ginger 🫚, sliced or grated

1/2 tsp turmeric powder (or 1 inch fresh turmeric root)

1 stick cinnamon (or 1/2 tsp powder)

4–6 guava leaves, fresh or dried (washed well)

2.5 cups water

Optional: lemon juice or honey (added after boiling)

🫖 Instructions:

Prep ingredients: Crush the garlic and slice the onion and ginger. If using fresh turmeric, peel and slice it.

Boil water: In a saucepan, add 2.5 cups of water and bring to a boil.

Add ingredients: Once boiling, add:

Crushed garlic

Sliced onion

Ginger

Turmeric

Cinnamon stick

Guava leaves

Simmer: Reduce heat and let it simmer for 10–15 minutes. The water will reduce slightly and turn golden-brown.

Strain & serve: Strain into cups. Add honey or lemon if desired.
