Banana Pineapple Mango Yogurt Almond Milk Smoothie

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • 1 large ripe banana (peeled and sliced)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
    ½ cup plain or Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein)
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust for thickness)

    • 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

    • A handful of ice cubes (if you want it extra cold and thick)


    Instructions

    1. Add the banana, pineapple, and mango into a blender.

    2. Pour in the yogurt and almond milk.

      1. Add honey if you prefer extra sweetness.

      2. Toss in ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.

      3. Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

        1. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more almond milk or fruits as desired.

      4. Pour into glasses, garnish with a pineapple wedge or mint leaves if you like, and enjoy immediately.
