Banana Pineapple Mango Yogurt Almond Milk Smoothie

1 large ripe banana (peeled and sliced)

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

1 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
½ cup plain or Greek yogurt (for creaminess and protein)
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (adjust for thickness)-
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

A handful of ice cubes (if you want it extra cold and thick)
Instructions

Add the banana, pineapple, and mango into a blender.

Pour in the yogurt and almond milk.

Add honey if you prefer extra sweetness.

Toss in ice cubes for a chilled smoothie.

Blend on high speed for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more almond milk or fruits as desired.
